Couldn't resist a trip to Northmoor Churchyard today to once again enjoy the delightful local Hawfinches that are, for me, the stars of this exciting irruption. They were showing well and another birder who had arrived before me Kindly pointed out the several Goldcrest that were busily flitting to and fro, an action preventing me getting a decent photo of them. Many thanks to the helpful birder .
Also in a village garden a Little Egret was on show and on my drive back to Bampton no less than three Kestrel were noted along with two Buzzard. The Feather.
